BOOKING & PRICES

Our painting holidays are for small groups, with a minimum number of six. If you organise your own group of six, then a seventh can go free. We welcome non-painting partners, who will find plenty of things to do in and around Rovinj. If you are interested in joining us in Rovinj, please contact us by phone or by completing and sending an enquiry form. We will then send you a booking form by email or by post.

We will typically respond within twenty-four hours of receipt of your email.

When you decide to book, please fill in the booking form and return it to us together with a deposit of 20% of the value of the holiday.

Due to the need for a minimum size of group, each of our holidays has to be confirmed by us. You are advised not to buy air tickets etc. until your holiday has been confirmed.

We will let you know as soon as the minimum number of bookings is reached. We will then put you in touch with the owner of the accommodation allocated to you; the owner will ask you for a 20% deposit towards your accommodation costs.

The balance of the holiday price and accommodation is due 1 week after the Latest Confirmation Date.

The holiday price includes:

transfer from Pula, Rijeka or Trieste airports (time to be arranged)
glass of champagne at welcoming wine bar
dinner on first night
dinner on last night
bottle of wine, on arrival
art tuition on five days
use of easel and stool
two full-day excursions including visit to local vineyard
assistance from Atelier Sottomuro
help with accommodation from Sanja Jovanovic

The accommodation price is based on two people sharing and is payable directly to the owner.

Price for non-painting partner: £350 (excluding accommodation)

Payment

Payment can be made by one of the following methods:

Direct bank transfer (details will be supplied at time of booking); this is our preferred payment method as it keeps costs to a minimum
Personal cheque (details will be supplied at time of booking)
PayPal, sourced from a bank account only
Credit card: you can make a secure credit card payment via pppay.co.uk. Payment by credit card is subject to a 2% administration fee

Terms & Conditions

You will be asked for a 20% deposit at time of booking - the deposit is non refundable. The balance is payable 60 days before the start of the holiday. The holiday is subject to the receipt of a minimum number of bookings. In the event of cancellation, your deposit/additional payment will be refunded. Any additional expenses will not be considered. You are advised therefore not to buy air tickets etc until your holiday has been confirmed by us. Once accommodation has been allocated you will be asked to pay a 20% deposit to the owner of the apartment, the balance being payable 30 days before the start of the holiday.

Travel Insurance

We recommend you protect yourself with travel insurance.

Cancellations

Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days of the start of the holiday will result in the loss of 50% of the holiday price. Cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the holiday will mean the loss of the full holiday price. Cancellations made prior to the Confirmation Date will result in the loss of the deposit. We strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.

Not Included

Airfares, insurance, materials, additional excursions, personal expenses, food. (Accommodation charged separately)

Limitation of Liability

When you book your holiday, your contract will be with Sororis d.o.o. The company and TreasuretRovinj.com assume no responsibility for any injury, inconvenience, delay, inclement weather, damage or loss to any persons resulting from theft, fire, accidents, cancellations or any other occurrence over which Sororis d.o.o and TreasuretRovinj.com have no control.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any of our holidays or painting days should there be fewer bookings than the minimum number required to make the holiday viable.
